About Good ScentsFor more than 6 years, I've crafted the finest available ingredients into incredible products designed to soothe, scent and pamper. From soap that gently cleanses (without stripping skin dry) to skin loving lotions and balms, to fragrant candles, more than 300 products await your decision.Never animal tested (unless you count willing friends and family. I don't because they never complain!), I use quality ingredients like sunbleached beeswax, shea oil and butter, natural (not synthetic) Vitamin E, cocoa butter, coconut oil (and many more vegetable oils and butters). Everything is hand-blended in small batch processing, so you are assured both freshness and attention to detail and quality. Necessity is often the mother of invention. Frustration helps, too. This entire company came from one particular problem. Once upon a time, I owned a gift shop. When I'd go to Market to buy, I simply couldn't find a good bath & body line to sell. And candles were even worse! I won't bore you with the problems that I encountered that ran from staggered pricing that hurt small business and favored mega-corporations to shoddy ingredients and reps who cared more about selling a line then in being honest and accurate. I didn't think I was asking for THAT much. I just wanted a home fragrance line to offer a wide variety of scents so that my customers had a choice. For bath & body products, I wanted top quality ingredients and a commitment to the customer and innovation. And I wanted a every product to be considerate of my customers' wallets. I looked around. I spent hours online and scanning supplier catalogs. I evaluated two lines in my store to blah results. Back to the drawing board, I made some startling decisions that led to a major change…the creation of this company: Good Scents Bath Company™. If you own a store, and are looking for quality products, and not just a bunch of nice smells that do little to nothing for your customers, or worse, have given up even trying to find a line that won't throw you under the bus the moment that the first 'big box' retailer comes calling, relax.
